You can start your purchase by clicking and browsing the categories and adding the products that interest you to your basket. Once you have selected the products you want to buy, you only have to click on “cart”. Then, if you were not already registered on our website, you can do it in a comfortable and simple way and follow the steps of the virtual store.

The following methods of payment are accepted:
• Credit-Debit card (Through Stripe)
• Bank Transfer
• Pay upon delivery (cash or card, only deliveries in Madrid)
Credit or Debit card: Payment is done through Stripe secure payment platform. The payment is encrypted and totally secure.
Paypal: Payment is made through the Paypal secure gateway.
Bank Transfer: After ordering you will have to make a transfer to our bank account (we will provide the data when the order is done) and as soon as we verify the transfer we send the items.
Pay on deliver: For orders that are collected in hand (only in Madrid) You can pay the entire order in cash or card at the time of collection. Except for custom orders, that are to be full paid in advance, by any of the above means, at the time of ordering.
Neither of these methods of payment adds extra charges or commissions.
The shipments are made through a courier service and the delivery time is usually about 1 to 3 working days, after bad experiences with Correos we use other companies of confidence to make sure that it arrives without problem to its destination.
International Shipping :
We can also make international shipments. Should you have any problems in the process of purchase and your country seems to be non-eligible for the shipment, just contact us at email@example.com to verify that we can send there and calculate the shipping fee.
If you live in Madrid, or you can stop by here to pick it up, you have the option of hand delivery – and thus save the shipping costs. You can ask us for pickup options for your convenience. Usually we can use: Atocha-Delicias and Moncloa zones in downtown Madrid or Las Rozas the northwest area.

Once sent we will contact you and give you the tracking number provided by the courier with which you can see the status of the shipment at any time.
Once received the order and verified the transfer/entry (if necessary), we send the items as soon as possible, ie the same day if the verification arrives in the morning or the next day if it is in the afternoon (as long as it is a working day).
If you make a special order (large quantities or custom materials, for example) or on special dates, we will contact you tolet you know of the time when the order will be finished.

We don’t get to the level of Dolly the sheep, but sometimes we’ve been asked to try and copy something. Do you need a figurine of an owl, but more resistant, because the original was ceramic and could be broken? Well, we’ll do it for you.
We’ve also cloned the lost teddy from someone’s childhood. Imagine the illusion of the person who has lost his friend and could not find it anywhere.
You can choose the colors of the stuffed dice and the bags, which is why we do it artisanally and “a la carte”. The colors of which we usually have -in plush- are: red, black, yellow, light blue, dark blue, grey, pink, purple, green and brown. However we may at some point be out of stock of a particular color (we depend from our textile suppliers). The best thing to do is ask us for colors available to let you know if we have it or you have to wait a bit.
If the materials and size are the same of the ones we have on the Web, the price will remain the same.
All handmade product come with a handmade packaging.
If you need something for a gift you can tell us when ordering (there is a box in the purchase process) and we will make a special wrapp.
