It has a metal chain closure so it can be adjusted to the wrist. We still have two sizes: the small one (for dolls up to 14cm in diameter) and the large one (for dolls over 14cm in diameter). If you have a doll, put in the comments of the order the diameter of your wrist to fit your wrist.
